品种培育人:牛景
男,汉族,1935年2月生人,河南省偃师县人,中共党员,1959年毕业于西北农学院农学系。1959年8月至1961年5月黄河水利委员会任技术员。1961年6月至1962年11月青海省农林厅机关农场任技术员,队长。1962年12月至今一直从事水稻遗传育种工作,先后任天津市水稻所技术室副主任,天津市农业科学研究所粮作室主任,天津市水稻所负责人,天津市农学会副理事长,天津市政府水稻顾问团秘书长,全国劳动模范。1986年人事部授予国家有突出贡献的中青专家,1991年国务院政府特贴专家,1992年评为天津市授衔专家,
中国作物学会第6届理事,现为天津市农科院水稻所研究员,第一研究室主任,天津优质稻开发技术研究首席专家,天津市农学会理事,天津市政府作物顾问团专家。 |
从事水稻遗传育种40余年,先后主持水稻杂交育种、辐射育种、花培育种、籼粳亚种间杂交育种、粳稻杂种优势利用等,育成水稻品种20多个,先后在京、津、冀、鲁、豫、陕、甘、宁、晋、新、辽、苏、皖等13个省、市、自治区推广,率先在我国北方稻区打破日本品种一统天下的局面,1978年以来,先后有10项成果获国家和天津市成果奖:
1、 东方红1、2号获1978年全国科学大会奖;
2、 红旗23号1982年获天津市科技成果二等奖;
3、 同遗传所合作育成世界上第一批花育1、2号,促进国内外花培育种的发展,为我国在这一领域跃居世界领先水平,作出了重要贡献,1980年获天津市科技成果一等奖;
4、 多功能水稻品种1244于1990年获天津市科技进步二等奖;
5、 籼、粳亚种间杂交选育中晚稻品种——金珠一号于1995年获天津市科技进步二等奖,并被国家科委定为“95重点推广成果”和九五重中之重推广品种;
6、 “水稻旱种湿管高水效技术及开发”1988年获科技进步二等奖。
另有4项成果获天津市三等奖。 近几年新育成的优质米品种有超优一号、花育13号、花育409、花育560、津优29、津优2001、津优2003等已通过审定,正在推广。在杂交粳稻育种方面提出优——优配组的理论,并育成优质杂交粳稻津优29,米质达国标二级。

Brief Introduction
Niujing, male, Han people, a Chinese communist Party
member, born in Feb, 1935 in Yanshi, He Nan province, graduated
in Agronomy Department of Northwest Agricultural college in 1959.He
had been a technician of Water Conservancy Committee of Huanghe
Rive, form Aug.1959 to May 1961,And technician & captain of
official farm of the Agri-Forest Department of Qinghai province
form Jue.1961 to Dec.1962 Nov 1962. He has been engaged in rice
genetics and breeding. Since He was the vice-director of technical
office of Tianjin Rice Institute, the person in charge of the Tianjin
Rice Institute, the vice board chairman of Tianjin Agronomy Committee,
the secretary general of rice advisory group of Tianjin Municipal
Government, and national model worker, He was given the title of
the young expert who has done outstanding contributions for Chinese
in 1986. He was granted a special allowance by the State Council
in 1991. And awarded the titled expert of Tianjin government .He
was a member of 6th session crop council, he is a fellow of Tianjin
rice research institute, director of the 1# research office, chief
expert of Tianjin high-quality rice exploit techniques team, a member
of Tianjin Agronomy Committee, an expert of crop advisory group
of Tianjin Municipal Government.
Achievements:
He has gore in for rice genetics and breeding research over 40
year, and successive presided over the rice cross-breeding, radioactive
breeding, anther cultural breeding, Indica-Japonica subspecies cross-breeding
hybrid, aponica rice breeding, there were 20 cultivars popularized
in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong ,Henan, Shanxi, Gansu, Ningxia,Shanxi,Xinjiang,Liaoning,
Jiangsu,Anhui. He took the lead in breaking the deadlock there were
only Japanese rice cultivar be planted in North China. He has wined
10 National or Tianjin achievement awards in total since 1978.

Achievements medal, There are some high quality rice Cultivars breed
in recent years, and is being popularized, such as chaoyou 1 Huayu
13, Huayu 499,huayu 560. He put forward the “High quality parents
bear high quality hybrids ”theory in hybrid Japanese breeding The
high quality hybrids Jinyou 29, whose quality conform with 2nd –grade
National standard, is directed by this theory.
